O Positiv is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role will sit at the intersection of operations, marketing, and ecommerce–focusing primarily on ecommerce (e.g., TikTok Shop). You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day performance across the channel, supporting channel operations, and helping to shape the customer experience through messaging and promotions. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter, can juggle multiple moving pieces with ease, can jump into existing processes and help improve them, and are excited to dive head-first into a fast-growing commerce platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 0-2 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, or sales operations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail–you spot inconsistencies and know how to fix them
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces–hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch
  • Not afraid to ask questions, solve problems, or wear multiple hats
  • Strong communicator, especially in cross-functional environments, with ability to listen, reflect, and proactively learn
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing, promotions, and sale operations: This includes registering products for sales, managing pricing exemption requests, and setting up platform-specific coupons.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms: You’ll lead an audit and clean-up of current listings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and full optimization, as well as support the launch of new SKUs on ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot order issues: Run daily checks to flag at-risk or problematic orders, create systems to reduce cancellations, and collaborate with Customer Experience and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Own and resolve all TikTok compliance issues, including appeals, escalations, evidence submission, and SPS score maintenance.
  • Own CRM messaging strategy and execution on ecommerce platforms: You’ll manage and deploy campaigns that drive conversions, promote new launches, and improve subscriber retention.
  • Deliver channel performance insights: Track KPIs, compile reports, and surface actionable insights to inform channel strategy.
