About The Position

Hudu is seeking a versatile, hands-on Marketing Associate who can execute across various marketing channels. Rather than focusing purely on high-level strategy, you’ll work to produce tangible outputs daily—creating and refining content, managing social campaigns, assisting with basic design work, and supporting ongoing brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle diverse tasks, pivot quickly, and help enhance our marketing presence.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Solid writing skills and the ability to produce compelling, on-brand copy for various channels
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
  • Familiarity with social media management (paid and organic) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Suite)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and adapting to evolving requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or other related field
  • Experience with content management systems or basic HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights) to measure performance and inform decisions
  • Exposure to broader marketing functions (email marketing, SEO, partner marketing)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM is preferred
  • Familiarity with Figma is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Write and refine copy for web pages, case studies, social media posts, and marketing assets
  • Manage social media channels (organic and paid), ensuring consistent posting, community engagement, and aligned branding
  • Produce basic visuals and graphics that fit our established brand aesthetic (e.g., simple social graphics, presentation materials)
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns, coordinating content needs, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, leadership) to ensure cohesive messaging and timely execution
  • Gain experience to SEO management, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
  • Support paid ad campaigns across platforms
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring brand materials, templates and resources are updated and accessible
  • Foster marketing relationships with partners, vendors, and external collaborators to support campaign execution and brand growth
