About the position
DataCamp is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their Media & Product Marketing team. In this role, the associate will be responsible for supporting the team's day-to-day operations, launching new growth marketing initiatives, and managing DataCamp's social media channels. The associate will collaborate with various teams to drive organic growth on social media platforms and amplify the narratives of learners and organizations engaged in data upskilling and reskilling. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on owning the growth of DataCamp's organic social channels.

Requirements
- Experience in managing and growing organic social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to monitor and analyze channel performance and provide insights for improvement
- Strong engagement skills to interact with DataCamp's learner community through social channels
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing assets and engaging copy for social media, while maintaining consistency with DataCamp's brand voice and identity
- Collaboration skills to work with designers, video editors, and other content creators to produce high-quality social-first micro-content
- Ability to coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Willingness to assist with ad hoc tasks such as event coordination, email creation, content scheduling, and campaign support.
