About The Position

The Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and administration of marketing, advertising, branding, and promotional activities under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This role assists with content creation, social media management, event coordination and market research while helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Adobe design software, and social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Help maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects, campaigns, and special initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, vendor tables, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials, giveaways, and marketing supplies.
  • Routinely place promotional materials out for store counters.
  • Assist with the purchasing and distribution of yearly employee clothing handout.
  • Maintain inventory of internal clothing closet and report inventory.
  • Help manage internal employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist with tracking marketing expenditures.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create and update branded content for print, digital, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the management of company social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Assist with photography and video projects, including organizing and maintaining digital assets.
  • Respond to routine media and marketing inquiries and direct requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
