About The Position

Marketing Assistant Charles Ross & Son Company in Hauppauge, New York , a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements.
• Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising.
• Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content.
• Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
• Assist with design projects: Print Ads, Spec Sheets, Brochures
• Video Editing and Production
• Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.
