As a Marketing Assistant, you will create raving fans by supporting the branch sales staff with providing excellent customer service with innovative products and cutting-edge technology. Requirements

• One year minimum mortgage and/or marketing experience
• Social media experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Top of Mind Preferred CRM Preferred
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to Branch Manager and assigned sales staff in support of marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing material is approved by Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance Department prior to distribution
• Serve as the point of contact between the National Marketing Department and the Branch
• Utilize the Automated Marketing Program (AMP) systems (AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH) on behalf of the branch or Loan Officers on a regular basis
• Complete required training to efficiently perform duties
• Create marketing material if additional material is needed beyond what is available in AMP, and submit it to the National Marketing Department for Brand and Compliance approval
• Maintain Branch Social Network Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Build audience, reply to direct messages, and accept friends/followers on social media platforms
• Promote Corporate Social Media posts on Branch and LO pages
• Share content from AMPLIFLY on social media platforms
• Monitor social media sites and delete spam
• Set auto-posts as needed
• Coordinate/manage local branch events on behalf of the Branch or Loan Officer, including Lunch and Learns and Tradeshows
