About The Position

Maxinsights enables Robotics Foundation Model companies to access massive, high-quality, scalable training data for embodied AI through our end-to-end data solution platform. Our platform integrates proprietary vision-driven AI models for egocentric, embodiment, and human-to-robot data solutions, delivering training-ready datasets at scale. We are looking for a Marketing Professional to support our external communications, social media presence, and event activities. This is a hands-on execution role focused on PR coordination, content creation, social media management, and marketing operations. You will help shape how the company is represented publicly and support visibility in the AI and robotics ecosystem. You will work closely with the founding team and collaborate with external partners such as designers, PR contacts, and vendors.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, communications, PR, or social media
Strong writing and communication skills in English
Experience managing social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and execution ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in tech, startup, AI, robotics, or SaaS industries
Familiarity with PR or media coordination
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools)
Experience supporting events or conferences
Understanding of B2B marketing or startup environments

Responsibilities

Support execution of company announcements (product launches, hiring updates, milestones)
Coordinate with PR agencies and media contacts
Assist with drafting press materials and external messaging
Support interview scheduling and communication logistics
Maintain basic media contact lists and outreach tracking
Manage company social media accounts
Create and schedule regular posts (company updates, product insights, hiring, culture)
Maintain a consistent content calendar
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Support creation of marketing materials such as: Company overview decks, Website content updates, Basic visual and copy coordination with designers
Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels
Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and meetups
Coordinate logistics and event materials (slides, brochures, booth assets)
Assist with vendor coordination (design, printing, event production)
Work with freelancers and external agencies (design, PR, content)
Track deliverables and timelines
Help ensure brand consistency across outputs
