Job Duck is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising efforts for a growing legal services organization. This role is ideal for a results driven professional who enjoys combining strategy, analytics, and creativity to generate high quality leads and drive measurable business growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously improving performance through data analysis, testing, and optimization. If you are proactive, detail oriented, and passionate about transforming marketing insights into impactful results, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution while working closely with leadership. Monthly Compensation: 1,245 to 1,350 USD. This is a home-based position. Job Duck helps talented individuals work remotely for US-based companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with measurable lead generation results
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, Local Services Ads, and YouTube campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager including Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $5,000 or more
  • Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager including conversion tracking, event configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and custom reporting
  • Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms
