Requirements

Partner with sales leaders and business development teams to create territory-focused growth strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
Manage and develop a high-performing marketing and sales support team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee CRM processes and customer journey management to improve lead conversion, relationship management, and operational effectiveness.
Optimize marketing operations, processes, and vendor-supported initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall business outcomes.
