This position drives the discovery of actionable insights that shape business decisions and strategies across the enterprise. The role directs decision science team efforts in data analysis, marketing mix modeling, attribution modeling, experimental design and inferential techniques to address business challenges of varying complexity. The role oversees the application of mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to draw conclusions and deliver actionable recommendations that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability. The role supervises people leaders who manage other people leaders, guides and influences team members at all levels, and serves as a subject matter expert to support learning within the business unit and enterprise. The role manages third-party relationships and partners with them to deliver actionable insights. The position performs work independently while following functional guidelines and business strategies.
