• Manage customer inquiries via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Messenger).
• Oversee content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Handle website updates, including managing reviews and testimonials.
• Coordinate magazine ads and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist with customer service during peak seasons.
• Organize and promote customer engagement contests.
• Develop strategies to encourage customer reviews and feedback.
• Manage the creation of the annual product catalog.
