About The Position
As a marketing manager, you will manage the full cycle proposal process for regional engineering and construction teams. You'll manage and mentor a group of passionate and driven marketing professionals while also partnering with regional technical teams and project managers on proposal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum eight years of proposal experience in the AEC industry.
- CPSM certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud suite software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on preparation of proposal responses and lead marketing efforts for strategic pursuits while overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of proposal materials.
- Manage preparation and draft content of proposals.
- Assist and coach technical staff for presentations and interviews to ensure technical content is delivered in a compelling manner.
- Lead and maintain pursuit capture plans, collaborating closely with technical staff to drive early pre-positioning and pursuit readiness efforts.
- Facilitate and lead meetings for storyboarding, proposal strategy planning, and technical team interviews.
- Manage proposal schedules and keep internal staff and subconsultants on task reviews.
- Organize and edit written documentation to improve clarity.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop marketing coordinators.
