About The Position

The Frank J. Natale Concert Series is seeking a Marketing and Production Assistant for the AY 26/27 academic year. This role involves supporting the concert series, which hosts guest musicians of various genres on campus. The assistant will contribute to both the production and marketing aspects of the events, as well as artist relations and series promotion.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings with the artistic director.
• Assist with production for each concert, including hosting artists, front of house duties, ushering, and serving at receptions.
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating posters and drafting press releases.
• Distribute posters on campus.
• Communicate with artist management.
• Draft series updates for the Board of Directors.
• Help grow the series' presence within the University and the wider community.
