About The Position

Maintco is a national construction, facility maintenance, and program management firm working with multi-site retail, QSR, and commercial brands across the U.S. We execute high-volume rollout programs, remodels, and operational upgrades. This role supports our business development and marketing efforts with a strong focus on content, research, and lead generation. We are looking for a part-time team member to support social media content creation, lead research, and marketing execution. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be pulling real content from our internal systems, job sites, and events and turning it into professional, engaging marketing assets. You will also support lead generation through research, list building, and basic outreach preparation. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be producing, researching, organizing, and publishing.

Requirements

  • Experience with social media content creation, preferably LinkedIn
  • Experience in construction, real estate, facilities, or a related industry OR strong marketing experience with the ability to learn construction quickly
  • Comfortable using AI tools to assist with writing, research, and content ideation
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and Google Docs or Microsoft Word
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
  • Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel to job sites and attend events as needed
  • Must be comfortable taking photos and capturing content in active construction environments
  • Must be able to come into the Burbank office at least once per week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction marketing or B2B services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or lead databases
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn best practices for B2B audiences
  • Photography or content capture experience in field environments

Responsibilities

  • Create LinkedIn-focused content using internal photos, project data, and company updates
  • Source photos and content from internal databases, project folders, and job sites
  • Write engaging, professional LinkedIn posts aligned with Maintco’s brand and tone
  • Coordinate basic content calendars and posting cadence
  • Assist with light graphic design using Canva or similar tools
  • Travel to job sites to capture photos and short-form content when needed
  • Attend conferences or events as needed to capture content
  • Ensure content is clean, professional, and usable for marketing
  • Research target companies, decision-makers, and prospects
  • Build lead lists using online research, LinkedIn, conference attendee lists, and internal tools
  • Gather and organize emails, phone numbers, titles, and company data
  • Maintain clean, organized lead lists in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Write weekly blog posts or website content related to construction, facilities, or industry topics
  • Assist with updating website content and supporting SEO-focused initiatives
  • Repurpose content across LinkedIn, blogs, and internal marketing materials
  • Assist with organizing marketing assets and internal content libraries
  • Support business development initiatives as needed
