We are building out our Business Enablement Operations function and hiring a Marketing and Growth Operations Manager to own execution across our marketing and product initiatives. This is an execution ownership role. You will be the central operator driving marketing campaigns, CRO tests, product launches, and rebrand initiatives from strategy through delivery. You will work across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure initiatives move fast, land on time, and connect to revenue outcomes. This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activities. This role reports directly to the COO and sits within the Business Enablement Operations team. It is a full-time, exempt individual contributor position.
