Our mission is to ensure inclusive communication access for all through meaningful technology, services, experiences, and community-driven engagement. As we continue to grow rapidly and expand our national presence, we seek a Marketing and Events Manager to elevate our brand visibility, event strategy, outreach initiatives, and customer engagement nationwide. The core mission of the Marketing and Events Manager is to plan, develop, manage, and execute high-impact internal and external events while serving as a strategic contributor to the Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in strengthening ZP’s brand visibility, creative direction, customer engagement, and community relationships across national markets. The Marketing and Events Manager will oversee events from concept through completion, including strategy development, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. In addition to event leadership, this position will provide marketing support and creative insights related to brand initiatives, storytelling, campaign visibility, experiential marketing, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting broader marketing and business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Deaf culture and American Sign Language (ASL), and the ability to travel frequently to support events, conferences, outreach efforts, and strategic initiatives nationwide.
