Whitley Penn, a leading CPA and Consulting firm, is looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the CMO, Marketing Managers, Events Specialist, and Go-to-Market (Industry & Service Line) team members in delivering best-in-class event and content experiences for the Firms’ audiences, including, but not limited to prospects, clients, business contacts, community networks, chambers and like organizations, technology partners, prospective talent, and more. The Events Coordinator should support the events and sponsorships function of marketing by assisting in the planning, promotion, and execution of our events, firm wide. Events may include internal meetings, external conferences and seminars, trade shows and exhibitions, webinars, CPE education events, recruiting events, awards galas, philanthropy events, and other community-based events.
