The Marketing & Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business mission by creating meaningful connections that support student success, community engagement and educational access. This dynamic position leads strategic marketing and communications initiatives, develops compelling content across digital and print platforms, and plans high-impact events that bring students, alumni, employers, faculty, staff and community partners together. Guided by UW-Green Bay’s mission of providing an innovative, problem-focused educational experience and aligned with the University’s strategic priorities—including student success, inclusivity, digital transformation and community connections—the Coordinator serves as a catalyst for engagement, promoting opportunities that help learners thrive and rise. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, relationship builder and strategic organizer who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Working across academic programs, centers and student organizations, the Coordinator develops marketing strategies that strengthen the Cofrin School of Business brand, executes engaging student- and employee-focused events, supports student leadership development, and uses data-driven insights to continually improve outcomes.
