About The Position

TNT Crane & Rigging is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to produce the photos, video, social posts, and printed materials that show what our crews do every day. This is a maker's role, not a strategist's role. You will be behind the camera at job sites, at the keyboard editing captions and layouts, and in the calendar keeping our social channels active and consistent. The right person is comfortable working independently, moving quickly between creative tasks, and turning a lift on a busy job site into content that earns attention from customers, prospects, and future employees. You will work closely with branch managers, operations leadership, safety, and recruiting to capture and tell the story of our work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, content production, social media, or a closely related role.
• A portfolio demonstrating original photo, video, graphic, and written work — this is weighted heavily in the hiring decision.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or comparable design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot quality photo and video with professional camera equipment and with a phone.
• Direct experience managing business social media accounts and a content calendar, including publishing and scheduling tools.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to accuracy, grammar, and brand voice.
• Working knowledge of print production, including file preparation, bleeds, resolution, and color requirements.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites and branch locations as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, industrial services, energy, heavy equipment, transportation, or another field-based business.
• Familiarity with job site safety expectations and comfort working around heavy equipment.
• Experience with paid social and digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Working knowledge of website content management, basic SEO, and email marketing platforms.
• Drone photography experience or FAA Part 107 certification.
• Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding content.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and produce marketing content across digital and print channels, including social posts, project spotlights, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Edit photo and video assets into finished, brand-consistent deliverables — short-form vertical video, project reels, equipment highlights, and employee features.
• Maintain an organized, searchable digital asset library of photos, video, logos, and approved templates so content is reusable across teams.
• Adapt a single shoot into multiple deliverables across formats and channels.
• Travel periodically to job sites, branch locations, and company events to capture photo and video of crane, rigging, transportation, and specialized lifting operations.
• Coordinate shoots in advance with branch and project leadership, including site access, customer permissions, and safety briefings.
• Follow all site safety requirements at all times, including required PPE, site-specific orientation, and direction from the site supervisor; never allow content capture to interfere with an active lift or operation.
• Build relationships with branch personnel so field teams proactively send in content from their own locations, and provide simple guidance on capturing usable photos and video.
• Own the day-to-day management of TNT's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Build and maintain a rolling content calendar that keeps posting consistent across branches, service lines, and recruiting needs.
• Write platform-appropriate copy, schedule posts, and publish on a regular cadence.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, respond or route inquiries to the right internal contact, and escalate sensitive items promptly.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; report results monthly and adjust based on what performs.
• Support paid social and digital advertising execution, including creative development and campaign setup.
• Design and produce printed collateral such as capability sheets, service line brochures, branch one-pagers, trade show graphics, banners, signage, and recruiting materials.
• Develop advertisements for industry publications, directories, event programs, and local media, working to publication specifications and deadlines.
• Manage relationships with print vendors and promotional product suppliers: gather quotes, submit press-ready files, proof samples, and confirm delivery.
• Maintain and distribute branded apparel, safety decals, vehicle graphics, and promotional items to branches as requested.
• Apply brand standards consistently across every deliverable and help branches stay on-brand in locally produced materials.
• Support trade shows, customer events, open houses, and internal company events with signage, giveaways, photography, and post-event content.
• Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to produce content that supports hiring for operators, riggers, and field personnel.
• Keep project files, approvals, and deadlines organized and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
