We're looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to help us amplify our message and connect with our communities across nearly 50 skilled nursing and long-term care centers.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing sales and marketing training materials.
  • Mastery of social media management and a passion for creating engaging content.
  • Exceptional multitasking, project management, and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and manage impactful marketing and communications programs that showcase the Diversicare Difference—our unique culture of impassioned service. This includes developing engaging graphics, brochures, website content, fact sheets, logos, and other promotional materials.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the positive impact we have on the lives of our residents and their families.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy across multiple platforms, managing content for all 46 centers. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and stay ahead of the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, sales, and HR to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
