About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join Land Title. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies supporting Land Title and LT.digital customers, as well as our Sales team. The candidate will help manage the creation and execution of projects and products for LT.digital (our website featuring marketing solutions for real estate professionals) including designed marketing collateral, AI reports and other offerings. Additionally, the candidate will lead and serve as point person for all Continuing Education classes, critical customer-facing email communications, internal communications such as new hires and anniversaries, and will assist with Sales events as needed. The successful candidate will also have experience - and a passion for - other critical elements of modern marketing such as AI, social media, content marketing, video, designing marketing materials, editing copy. Importantly, must be attuned to the changing and evolving nature of marketing and be able to adjust strategies as needed. Works for the Marketing and Communications Director with guidance from SVP of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing, communications experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of marketing strategies supporting Land Title and LT.digital customers, as well as our Sales team.
  • Manage the creation and execution of projects and products for LT.digital, including designed marketing collateral, AI reports and other offerings.
  • Lead and serve as point person for all Continuing Education classes.
  • Manage critical customer-facing email communications.
  • Manage internal communications such as new hires and anniversaries.
  • Assist with Sales events as needed.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and communications team members to help fulfill customer orders via our LT.digital website.
  • Design creation and customization of marketing materials, customer communication and problem solving.
  • Serve as key lead for Continuing Education classes.
  • Interface with the Sales team, supporting their marketing needs for customers, events, classes, and social media.
  • Recommend changes in strategy or services provided in response to changing market conditions.
  • Coordinate and execute sales representative email campaigns via HubSpot.
  • Assist with writing copy for web content, emails, our intranet, newsletters, sales projects, etc.
