As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you serve as a key voice of ChildCareGroup — shaping how our story is told across digital platforms, internal communications, and community engagement efforts. Your work ensures our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission, helping strengthen relationships with families, donors, volunteers, and partners. This role goes beyond content creation — it is about connection, visibility, and impact. You will help elevate awareness, support fundraising and volunteerism, and ensure our brand reflects the meaningful work happening every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, digital content, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with multimedia content creation (photography, video, presentations).
  • A collaborative, professional, and mission‑aligned approach with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day communications and oversee digital platforms, including website and social media presence.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate multimedia content (written, visual, and video) aligned with brand standards.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform and improve communication strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams and support events, PR efforts, and community engagement initiatives.
