We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing, Communications and Digital Coordinator here at Norfolk Change Grow Live, we are looking for someone who has the skills and experience to engage digitally with the people we support and the partner agencies we work with. With this role you’ll be working as part of a diverse team and service. The team supports people with their or their loved ones’ drug and/or alcohol issues.

Requirements

  • A keen eye for design
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A passion for supporting people to become drug and alcohol free.
  • Must have working knowledge of a variety of social media platforms and experience in engaging with a range of people via social media.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
  • This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of a variety of social media platforms and experience in engaging with a range of people via social media.
  • Excellent engagement skills, committed to high quality service provision and the active involvement of service users.
  • Work within the Marketing, Communication & Digital plan to increase the profile and reduce stigma by humanising the people accessing our support and by engaging/giving back to local communities.
  • Ensure targeted behaviour change campaigns and events are coordinated and delivered, as directed by the Service Managers and the Services are linked into National and Local Campaigns that take place, capturing relevant audiences with measurable outcomes.
