The Event Coordinator / Administrative Assistant – Retail Mortgage provides comprehensive administrative, coordination, and operational support for the Retail Mortgage organization. This role supports the Retail Mortgage Marketing team while also serving as an administrative assistant to Retail Mortgage Directors, helping manage scheduling, coordination, and follow-up to ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently and consistently. While the position supports a variety of marketing events and external initiatives, it is equally focused on day-to-day administrative functions that help maintain strong builder relationships, agent engagement, internal initiatives, and community involvement. The role plays a critical part in supporting revenue-driven leadership and Loan Officer activity by ensuring logistics, processes, documentation, and follow-up are handled in a professional, compliant, and timely manner.
