About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, organized professional to join our team in a dual-role position supporting daily office operations and marketing efforts. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to meaningful work in the community. We are offering the right candidate the opportunity to work for an established company with over 80 years of serving the Texarkana community. This position is an hourly position with normal work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however occasional nights or weekends may be necessary to work Marketing events throughout the community. Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, especially when handling scheduling and financial tasks
  • Basic knowledge of social media and office technology
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Schedule appointments and help keep calendars on track
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including: Coordinating travel arrangements Assisting with bill pay and basic expense tracking Supporting special projects and follow-up tasks
  • Assist with social media posting and basic website updates
  • Help coordinate community events and outreach efforts
  • Create simple marketing materials (flyers, emails, announcements)
