As a Marketing Analytics Consultant at MRC, you’ll support multiple mortgage and finance brands, helping connect marketing performance to real business outcomes. You won’t just respond to requests. You’ll dig deeper to understand what stakeholders actually need, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver insights that are accurate, thoughtful, and grounded in strong analytical judgment. You’ll work within a modern analytics stack that includes SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and evolving AI tools. Success in this role means knowing when to use the right tool, how to approach complex or ambiguous problems, and how to communicate insights in a way that drives decisions. Over time, you’ll take on more complex work and become a trusted partner to business leaders.
