About The Position

KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program that helps college students transition to a full-time career at Key. It introduces participants to Key’s business and strategic pillars, employee benefits, and leadership, and includes networking events and role-relevant training. After the program, analysts join their line of business and work with their teams in a rotational program within a specific segment or in a full-time role. Continued development is supported through mentorship opportunities. The Rotational Analyst will work with the Enterprise Marketing Analytics team on projects across diverse marketing channels. Under direct supervision, the analyst supports hypothesis formulation, data translation, experiment design and measurement, and insight generation to inform business decisions. The role uses data mining techniques, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and testing procedures to identify trends and outliers and help answer business questions. The position is based at 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, Ohio, with an employee-workspace approach that prioritizes in-office presence while allowing flexible options when work can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. The program starts July 12, 2027.
