About The Position

Adams Support Office staff are expected to provide exceptional support to both our internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence and helps uphold the high standards that define the Adams experience. For the Marketing Analyst, this means collaborating across departments to support marketing technology platforms, analyze store traffic and media performance data, assist with flyer and signage initiatives, and provide actionable insights that support marketing strategies and company initiatives. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration, this role helps ensure marketing systems, reporting, and processes are accurate, timely, and effective in supporting the Adams experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a comparable field
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or marketing support roles with strong knowledge of digital marketing and reporting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to support reporting, workflow efficiency, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accuracy across marketing systems
  • Willingness to embrace and demonstrate Adams’ culture and values

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail or marketing analytics is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, Placer.ai, Trello, WordPress, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Claude and AI-driven reporting tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, manage, and continuously improve marketing technology platforms, including Trello, Placer.ai, HubSpot, and other marketing tools used by the team.
  • Analyze store traffic and customer behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Manage and interpret media performance data from digital partners to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with the technical transition and weekly updates of the online flyer platform.
  • Support the marketing team with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation initiatives, including contact management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide WordPress support, including light programming updates and content maintenance.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports using marketing analytics tools, API integrations, and AI-powered reporting platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce, Flyer, Signage, Social Media, and IT teams to support marketing initiatives through data analysis and workflow improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve marketing processes, reporting systems, and team workflows through technology enhancements.
  • Support day-to-day signage and marketing operations as needed.
