About The Position

At Adams, Support Office staff are expected to provide exceptional support to both our internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence and helps uphold the high standards that define the Adams experience. For the Marketing Coordinator, this means managing the flow of incoming marketing requests, ensuring projects are organized, prioritized, and executed efficiently, while also creating visually engaging design work that reflects the Adams brand. Through strong organization, creative execution, and collaboration with various departments, this role helps ensure our marketing efforts are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with company initiatives—supporting the high standards that define the Adams experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
  • Proven experience coordinating marketing projects or managing incoming requests, with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple projects on track.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including the ability to create digital and print materials
  • Ability to interpret marketing needs, translate them into clear creative deliverables, and ensure consistency with brand standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for Adams’ products, culture, and values, with a commitment to supporting high-quality, on-brand marketing efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate incoming marketing requests, ensuring projects are organized, prioritized, and completed on time while aligning with company initiatives.
  • Create visually engaging marketing materials—including graphics, signage, digital assets, and promotional content—that reflect the Adams brand.
  • Partner with store departments, Support Office staff, and management to gather project details, clarify needs, and ensure accurate execution of marketing requests.
  • Maintain project timelines and communicate updates, helping to keep all stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.
  • Support the tracking of marketing efforts and provide basic insights or recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall impact.
