About The Position

Noble Knight Games has been selling new, used and out-of-print games since 1997 and helping gamers from around the world save money and find exactly what they need. We are a leader in the gaming industry and have been growing steadily over the years. We are in a new 60,000 square foot facility in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our management team. The “Marketing Analyst” is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and optimization of Noble Knight Games’ marketing initiatives across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, partnerships, events, and promotional campaigns. They are the primary contact for coordinating marketing projects, campaign execution, creative asset development, and channel performance while exercising independent business judgment in support of company marketing objectives. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing and prioritizing marketing initiatives, evaluating campaign performance, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and making independent decisions and recommendations relating to marketing strategy, campaign optimization, customer engagement, and brand growth. This is an exempt, salaried management position that directly reports to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, brand consistency, and revenue growth across company marketing channels, and holds decision-making authority over the strategies and tactics used to achieve those outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms required.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, analyze performance data, and make business-focused recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-direct work priorities, and make independent decisions with limited day-to-day oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing projects with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media, graphic design, ecommerce marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience creating marketing assets for digital, print, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with independent financial accountability for large PPC advertising budgets, including making real-time spend decisions, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing organic social media audiences and engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts, analytics platforms, campaign reporting, and marketing performance metrics preferred.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Experience in a management-level or exempt-classification role with responsibility for business outcomes, not solely task execution, preferred.
  • Interest in tabletop gaming, hobby games, collectibles, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing large-scale paid advertising campaigns and budgets across platforms including Meta, Google, and other PPC channels.
  • Coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, automated flows, and category-specific communications.
  • Supporting customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and re-engagement initiatives.
  • Supporting SEO initiatives through keyword analysis, search visibility monitoring, and optimization recommendations.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance across paid media, email marketing, social media, and related channels.
  • Designing and producing marketing assets for social media, email marketing, web content, paid advertising, retail promotions, conventions, events, and in-store signage.
  • Maintaining visual consistency and brand standards across all customer-facing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinating organic social media scheduling, publishing, and promotional initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Creating and editing short-form content for social media platforms including promotional videos, reels, stories, and related digital marketing content.
  • Coordinating marketing assets and promotional messaging across departments and business channels.
  • Supporting convention, event, gaming hall, and in-store promotional initiatives.
  • Recruiting, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, publishers, and promotional partners.
  • Evaluating, selecting, and managing partnership opportunities, including exercising independent judgment in approving or declining affiliate, influencer, and promotional relationships based on alignment with company marketing objectives.
  • Exercising independent judgment in the evaluation and selection of marketing vendors, tools, platforms, and service providers, and making or recommending final selections based on business needs and budget considerations.
  • Managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while adapting to evolving business priorities and deadlines.
  • Exercising independent discretion and judgment in making marketing investment decisions, prioritizing campaigns, determining effective promotional strategies, and directing the overall approach of marketing initiatives in support of company objectives.
  • Participating in marketing planning discussions and contributing recommendations relating to long-term growth and operational improvement.
  • Identifying, recommending, and independently implementing process improvements to marketing workflows, campaign management practices, and operational procedures within the marketing function.
  • Keeping leadership informed regarding campaign performance, promotional initiatives, and marketing opportunities.
  • Maintaining awareness of digital marketing trends, platform developments, and emerging opportunities relevant to the tabletop gaming and hobby industry.
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration between ecommerce, retail, events, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Ensuring marketing deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and within established deadlines.
