The Marketing Analyst at CandleScience plays a key role in transforming marketing, ecommerce, customer, and market data into actionable business insights that support growth and strategic decision-making. This position supports the Marketing, Ecommerce, Data, and Executive teams by delivering meaningful reporting, measuring marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall business performance. Reporting directly to the VP of Data, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing analytics dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions. The position requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to CandleScience's overall success through accurate reporting and actionable insights.
