About The Position

Visa Commercial Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support global business priorities across the Visa Commercial Solutions organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across teams and markets, and is eager to build hands-on experience in events, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial business support. As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to help plan and execute global events, support operational workflows, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and visibility of Visa Commercial Solutions worldwide. You will play an important role in helping teams stay organized, aligned, and execution-focused while supporting programs that strengthen Visa’s position in the commercial payments ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in events, business operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or B2B business support.
  • Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) to support lead management, reporting, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across teams, functions, and geographies with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track activities, organize information, and support reporting.
  • A strong team player who brings energy, ideas, and a positive attitude to the team and corporate culture.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience supporting event logistics, business operations, or cross-functional programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of global Visa Commercial Solutions sponsorships and events across regions.
  • Coordinate event logistics and operational details such as timelines, materials, registration tracking, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, agendas, and post-event follow-up.
  • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to manage leads, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day business operations that support global Visa Commercial Solutions campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize project trackers, event calendars, planning timelines, and team workflows to support strong execution across global initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, analytics, finance, creative, and regional stakeholders to support delivery of key business activities and events.
  • Support the development and distribution of event materials, presentations, briefing documents, internal communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track and manage team assets, shared resources, and operational documentation, ensuring materials are current, organized, and aligned with brand and business standards.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination related to events and broader team operations.
  • Help monitor and summarize event outcomes, operational metrics, and program results to support reporting, planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination, and workflow efficiency across the global Visa Commercial Solutions business.
  • Maintain organized dashboards, records, and documentation to support continuity, visibility, and operational excellence across the team.
