About The Position

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of marketing activities for our business solutions: MotoLogic, MotoVisuals, AutoWeb, and CTI. The Marketing Analyst will lead development of customer-facing assets and communication of relevant marketing materials in support of these products. This team member will support the coordination of the PRO email channel inclusive of seasonal campaign planning and content creation related to business solutions and will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to support social media content for PRO pages. This position will also help support the Marketing Specialist in managing customer support inquiries for the PRO loyalty platform. This position will partner closely with managing business partners of PRO Solutions and TechNet, creative, project management, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with solutions partners to define key goals to drive marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage omni-channel campaigns for Business Solutions
  • Create and manage marketing assets for Business Solutions
  • Manage the email and social content calendar for PRO Marketing
  • Work closely with channel managers to support the coordination of promotional messaging on our communication platforms including email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate PRO channel planning across teams – TechNet, PRO, and Product Marketing
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager with content creation for PRO social media channels
  • Assist Marketing Specialist in handling customer support inquiries for PRO loyalty platform
