About The Position

The Market Analyst monitors, analyzes, and prepares marketing reports regarding lead generation, lead follow-up, and sales forecasting utilizing lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Infor Customer Portal, Web chats, etc. This role involves mastering all relevant in-house CRM and lead-generation software, inputting and distributing web chat leads, and utilizing CRM for tasks like preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales metrics and segment performance, monitoring quote-to-order conversion rates, and ensuring win/loss report data from the sales team are captured. The analyst will also collaborate on UCC data analytics, monitor and report sales teams’ usage of the eMediate app, and work with the Media Dept to identify products in need of further promotion. Additionally, the position includes preparing special reports as needed, assisting with miscellaneous departmental duties, and demonstrating a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with corporate environmental, health, and safety programs.

Requirements

  • 4-year Market Analysis or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to accept and follow instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of CRM and lead-generation systems (preferably Infor, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong aptitude and preference for working with numbers and statistics
  • Goal-oriented, results-focused team member

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all relevant in-house CRM and lead-generation software.
  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare marketing reports regarding lead generation and lead follow-up utilizing lead-generation tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Infor Customer Portal, web chats.)
  • Input and distribute web chat leads.
  • Utilize CRM application to: Prepare sales forecasts
  • Utilize CRM application to: Analyze sales metrics and segment performance (A vs. B)
  • Utilize CRM application to: Monitor quote-to-order conversion rates
  • Utilize CRM application to: Ensure win/loss report data from the sales team are captured
  • Utilize CRM application to: Collaborate on UCC data analytics
  • Monitor and report sales teams’ usage of eMediate app.
  • Work with Media Dept to identify those products in need of further promotion through web, social media, print, etc.
  • Prepares special reports, as needed.
  • Assists in miscellaneous duties within the department.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health and safety program.
