The Market Analyst monitors, analyzes, and prepares marketing reports regarding lead generation, lead follow-up, and sales forecasting utilizing lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Infor Customer Portal, Web chats, etc. This role involves mastering in-house CRM and lead-generation software, preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales metrics, monitoring conversion rates, and collaborating on data analytics. The analyst will also work with the Media Department to identify products needing further promotion.
