About The Position

The Marketing Analyst III will be responsible for mining user-level data to understand behavior and leveraging those insights to propose new marketing strategies and ROI-driven decisions. This role involves defining key metrics for initiatives, implementing statistical tests (A/B or multivariate), and calibrating how marketing performance is tracked across the business. Additionally, the analyst will develop automated dashboards and present complex data findings to senior management and stakeholders across Marketing & Sales.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce.
  • Mastery of Tableau (or similar tools) to create performance dashboards and visualize user behavior relative to KPIs.
  • Proven ability to implement and analyze statistical tests to measure marketing impact on business metrics.

  • Experience or passion for building models that forecast growth and future user trends.
  • Ability to help leadership define the questions that should be asked.
  • Familiarity with the unique data perspectives of acquisition, retention, and brand marketing across both online and offline channels.
