About The Position

The Marketing & Advertising Coordinator position is located in Lubbock, TX with a salary that is negotiable, depending upon experience. This position provides marketing support to the Association by assisting in the development of marketing materials and programs, event planning, and public relations projects. AgTexas, at its sole discretion, may offer this position with a different title based upon the qualifications of the candidate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two (2) or more years of related marketing and/or advertising experience.
• Specific knowledge in graphic design and social media marketing
• Organized in project management
• Willing to collaborate with the team to develop graphics
• Willing to assist in creatively implementing marketing strategies.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced skill set in Adobe design software products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of marketing initiatives across social media, digital advertising, graphic design, and lead generation efforts.
• Assists with campaign logistics, audience targeting, content scheduling, advertising implementation, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing goals, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
