About The Position

This position is responsible for the coordination and project workflow of all advertising efforts in order to promote multiple Tribal business patronage and coordinate administrative and business details. Requirements

  • Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training
  • Must pass periodic random drug screens.
  • Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
  • Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project details and information for various marketing related and advertising projects in support of tribal businesses.
  • Proactively move client projects through the established workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and input detailed creative brief into project management system and in coordination with Advertising Manager, establish project timelines.
  • Maintain and update project schedules in project management system.
  • Obtain and confirm project details with internal and external partners.
  • Obtain and distribute vendor estimates to internal partners and the department for approval.
  • Coordinate the delivery of artwork to outside partners for production, follow through to ensure projects are delivered on time and of good quality.
  • Update signage schedule for all digital and traditional signage.
  • Traffic all project proofs for approvals with internal and external partners and ensure all required approvals are obtained prior to production.
  • Assist in the organization of proposals and presentations.
  • Review project proofs for accuracy of information and proofread English and/or Spanish ensure accuracy of information, consistency with administrative policy, format, and grammatical correctness.
  • Responsible for functioning of office equipment; serve as liaison with service representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS) and legal requirements
  • Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
  • Coordinate internal design team and external partners for all creative development and production requirements for conventional media and digital media.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
