About The Position

Carson is looking for a Marketing Administrator who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and thrives in a hands-on environment. This role provides exposure to a wide range of marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels. Success in this position comes from being willing to contribute wherever help is needed, learn new skills, and support the team in both creative and operational capacities. The Marketing Administrator will support marketing campaigns, events, communications, content development, project coordination, vendor relationships, and administrative functions. Responsibilities may include assisting with creative projects, organizing marketing materials, coordinating event logistics, processing purchase orders, tracking projects, building content, supporting campaigns, and helping ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively from concept through completion. This position requires someone who is comfortable balancing both the exciting and less glamorous aspects of marketing. One day may involve working on content, creative assets, campaigns, or event planning. Another day may involve organizing materials, coordinating logistics, handling administrative tasks, arriving early to support an event, or assisting with setup and cleanup activities. We value team members who take pride in contributing to the overall success of the organization regardless of the task. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, shift between projects as business needs change, and consistently follow established processes. Experience with project management software is helpful, but a willingness to learn new systems and adopt team workflows is more important. Strong candidates are curious, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by continuous learning and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking broad marketing experience within a growing organization. Rather than specializing in a single area, the Marketing Administrator will gain exposure to many different aspects of marketing while developing skills, building experience, and taking on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
