The Market Strategy Lead partners with Regional Chairs and local Market Leadership Teams (MLTs) to develop and activate business growth and cross-LOB strategies. The role also serves as connective tissue across Lines of Business (LOBs), Corporate Responsibility (CR), and other key corporate functions to ensure consistent planning, effective localized cross-LOB execution, and increased visibility of market initiatives and best practices, while identifying opportunities to combine efforts and amplify impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape cross-LOB growth strategies and deliver tangible market impact, with visibility to senior leadership across lines of business and the MLT network.
