About The Position

The Segment Manager, Premiere Accounts is a newly established role within the pricing team, focused on accelerating growth across Government market accounts. This role plays a critical part in enabling faster AI adoption and portfolio expansion by shaping pricing strategy and supporting complex, high‑value opportunities. Working closely with sales, product, and segment leaders, you will help deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes across multi‑year and enterprise agreements.

Requirements

Experience developing or supporting pricing strategies for complex or enterprise‑level customers
Ability to analyze commercial opportunities and make sound, data‑driven recommendations
Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, pricing, and leadership teams
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders on high‑value decisions
Experience supporting or approving complex deals and negotiations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
Clear communication skills, with a focus on value and outcomes
Comfort working in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environments

Responsibilities

Shape and execute pricing strategies that support growth across Government market accounts
Provide pricing guidance and approvals for complex, high‑value, and multi‑year deals

Monitor deal performance and outcomes to support continuous improvement
Contribute to scalable processes that improve speed, rigor, and consistency
