Market Sales Specialist
About The Position
Paynada is seeking Local Market Sales Representatives who are comfortable prospecting businesses in person, talking to owners, and turning daily field activity into a long-term residual portfolio. This is not a one-time commission role. Every merchant you activate has the potential to keep paying you month after month. Business owners consistently pay more in credit card processing than they realize. Your role is to find those owners, show them what Paynada can do to reduce or eliminate those costs, and help them get onboarded. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with income tied directly to performance.
Requirements
- Comfortable prospecting businesses in person
- Comfortable talking to owners
- Comfortable with in-person cold prospecting as their primary sales activity
- Competitive, resilient, activity-driven professionals
- Strong backgrounds in field sales, local market prospecting, telecom, solar, pest control, roofing, or any outside role where daily activity drove results
- Not needing leads provided or a CRM queue to work from
- Not uncomfortable with in-person cold prospecting as their main activity
- Not needing a base salary or W-2 income
Responsibilities
- Walk into local businesses and introduce Paynada to owners and decision-makers
- Ask about current processing costs and qualify quickly
- Set appointments or present Paynada solutions directly
- Complete applications, coordinate onboarding, and build referral relationships
