About The Position

This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. QQFS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, in addition to Austria and Switzerland. The Market Research Associate will be responsible for project recruitment, ensuring that recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Netherlands and Belgium or any other QQFS assigned markets are fully executed. This includes reaching out to M3 Global Research Panelists via phone and carrying out cold calling to recruit respondents on allocated projects. The role also involves scheduling interviews, proactively planning, organizing, and implementing panel recruitment solutions, aiming to maximize internal resources, reduce outsource costs, and ensure successful project delivery. Providing regular updates to the project management team on work done, progress, results, and action plans is crucial. The associate will also be responsible for panel building and engagement, ensuring monthly registration targets are met, calling new registrants to confirm and update email addresses, and calling users to reactivate their accounts. Executing allocated panel building initiatives and providing high-quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support ticket communication are key responsibilities. This includes working across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot, and handle inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. The role also involves working with the Project Management team to resolve project-specific issues for members/respondents, ensuring respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy, and building and maintaining strong relationships with panel members through timely and professional communication. Additionally, the associate will work with other members of the Global Panel team to report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes, investigate fraud respondents, and complete the verification process for newly registered members. Link testing for online Market Research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners are also part of the duties.
