Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience as a sales “producer” or recruiting “champion”.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards and databases management.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, high energy, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to travel within assigned market.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of internet search, campus recruiting, talent canvassing, and MS Office.
  • Proficiency with content management systems or applicant tracking databases.
  • Experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy.
  • Desire to grow professionally at Cellular Sales with networking and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Regional President and collaborate with General Managers and Sales Team Leaders to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various sales roles, assisting leadership in identifying, hiring, and retaining quality sales talent.
  • Grow and foster candidate relationships by maintaining a database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Stay actively engaged within the assigned territory to forecast hiring needs.
  • Partner with the Regional President and General Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize current job boards, social networks, colleges, and other platforms to find and recruit talent.
  • Cultivate and maximize current referral programs.
  • Build and preserve relationships with current sales teams and leadership to understand their cities, hiring needs, and talent requirements.
  • Maintain and grow social media and job boards for open positions.
  • Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new talent.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, test, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain the ATS (ICIMS) database of candidate records.
  • Meet recruitment activity metrics for contacts, referrals, interviews, offers, and trained employees.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update internal databases and onboarding management systems.
