Market Rate Leasing Manager (On-Site)
About The Position
C+C Apartment Management LLC is recognized as an industry leader in management and real estate operations. Our team manages the day-to-day operations of over 23,000 residential dwelling units across approximately 400 multi-family buildings throughout the New York Tri-state area. The C+C portfolio contains market rate, mixed market rate, affordable and full tax credit/affordable properties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of comparable work experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Rent Stabilization
- Strong negotiating and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to create and manage workflows, and ability to manage and lead teams
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s preferred
- Proficiency with Yardi, DocuSign, and On-Site, Funnel Leasing, preferred
- Real estate license preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervises leasing team to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Provide guidance and leadership for the leasing team
- Provide detailed feedback about leasing during leasing calls, communicate effectively to larger group about trends.
- delegate daily and weekly tasks as needed to leasing team
- Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies.
- assist in closing deals as needed
- provide assistance for residents with sublet, lease assignment, or surrender agreements
- Coordinates move-ins with property managers and supers.
- Provide weekly/monthly updates
- Trains new hires.
- Work proactively to stay in front of any possible issues/problems
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments
