About The Position

CoreLife is seeking a strategic and results-driven Market President to lead our Maryland Market. This role is responsible for overseeing market performance, clinic operations, strategic growth, financial outcomes, and health system partnership integration across Maryland. The Market President will be a key member of the Operations Leadership Team and will provide hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, strong business performance, and exceptional patient outcomes. At CoreLife, we address obesity and chronic illnesses through an integrated care model that combines medical, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral health services. In partnership with leading health systems, CoreLife is redefining how obesity and chronic disease care are delivered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
  • Experience managing multi-site operations
  • Proven P&L accountability and financial leadership experience
  • Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L performance across all Maryland clinics
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor key business, clinical, and operational metrics
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with CoreLife leadership and health system partners
  • Lead and support Regional Directors, Managers, and Office Managers
  • Promote a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture
  • Standardize workflows and improve clinic operations
  • Track visit volume, lead conversions, retention, and patient outcomes
  • Develop and execute the Maryland market strategy
  • Support new clinic openings and service line growth
  • Partner with the Medical Director Dyad to align clinical and operational goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve access, referrals, and market reach
  • Serve as the operational liaison for Maryland health system partners
  • Support integration of CoreLife services into health system pathways
  • Partner with sales and outreach teams to grow referrals and community awareness
  • Represent operations in partnership meetings
  • Champion CoreLife’s culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Support employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance
