We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Market Outreach Coordinator. Responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. This role involves coordinating partnerships, managing communications, and analyzing outreach efforts to maximize engagement and business growth. Candidates should be a Team Player, Highly Organized, Basic Marketing Principles, Takes Initiatives, Flexible & Responsive to Shifting Priorities. Requirements

• 2-4 years experience
• Ideal Candidate within the Gettysburg, PA Area
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Candidates should be a Team Player, Highly Organized, Basic Marketing Principles, Takes Initiatives, Flexible & Responsive to Shifting Priorities.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide energy efficiency education through direct customer support including but not limited to phone contact, emails, scheduling of appointments, event staffing, and on-site visits
