About The Position
Launch and lead 8Fleet’s San Francisco market from the ground up. As the operational backbone of this new territory, you will own the full P&L, scale fleet operations, and manage a high-performing driver team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to transform urban mobility and prepare for the autonomous vehicle transition. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of building teams and optimizing processes.
- Analytical powerhouse with a data-driven mindset and a BA/BS from a top-tier institution
- Entrepreneurial "doer" who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco.

- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own all financial and operational metrics for the San Francisco market to ensure optimal revenue growth and profit maximization.
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including driver scheduling, dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Partner with the Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a professional driver base while fostering a supportive company culture.
