Requirements

Proven experience leading a sales, staffing, recruiting, or operations team.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing financial performance, budgets, or P&L responsibilities.
A servant leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Grow the market by developing new business, expanding existing client partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Own the market's P&L, using financial and operational data to drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and creating staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
Set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and help your team achieve individual and branch objectives.
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuously improve branch performance.
Oversee branch operations, including recruiting, compliance, payroll approvals, risk management, and overall operational excellence.
Create an engaging, positive culture where employees are empowered to grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding results.
