About The Position

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, Market Manager to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $60,000 to $80,000 per year, with possibility of bonus. Salary based on experience. POSITION SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the Operations function of the company in regards to the market.

Requirements

Have at least three to five years of experience in Operations, including experience in the Flooring Industry.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Have at least three years of managerial experience and exhibit proven ability to lead and manage employees.
Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
Be able to work independently and problem solve.
Demonstrate the skills necessary to effectively integrate multiple programs.

Responsibilities

Directs all personnel within the organization in their geographic location
Supports all divisions in the market; Retail, Sales, and Property Management
Reviews performance against operating plans and standards
Develops and recommends corporate operations policy within the Operations Department
Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
Client/customer relation functions
Reviews and approves the setting of budgets throughout the geographic location
Manage property, vehicular, retail, sales and installer issues
Responsible for staffing needs of the locations
Handle any policy issues with drugs and alcohol and harassment
Perform other duties as assigned
